There's a reason some people are called septic tanks

"It's like 80% of people are 'eurgh', 10% are like, 'yeah, okay', 8% understand, and 2% are:...", he bangs his fists together. Now, I've never typed verbatim what someone is saying, but this person is great. Read on...

"I overcame my ego. I on purpose do weird stuff. Like yesterday I was partying with people. There was me, a Polish girl, i just met her yesterday for the first time. We went to her party, at 1 o clock, I had a guitar and was singing. I think I sing really well. I sing rock stuff on an acoustic. I've been singing for like 8 years. And we were having fun. And I randomly went to the polish girl's room, when she was asleep, and sat on her bed and started singing. How random is that, to get woken by a guy sitting on the bed and playing the guitar. And a spanish girl i was with started giving her a massage. She was like, this is so random. So I lay down on her bed, and said i was tired and was going to sleep there. And after fifteen minutes of being random and joking around, we left her to sleep, because she didn't really want us there."

"The thing with me is that I completely expose myself. Even if I shock people, there is nothing I can surprise them with, because I'm jealous of myself. Most people get a bad first impression of me, but they trust me. Some people try hard to make a good impression, but then surprise you, and you can't trust them."

"I really like people who challenge me. I love intelligent people who are intellectual. I like to talk to people about what they believe."

He has been talking like this for the last fifteen minutes. I can't work, because there are no other tables where I can have tea and use my laptop. He has a loud american accent.

"LSE is like the Harvard of Europe. The contacts are amazing, and the networks. I go there like 3 times a week."
"You go to the LSE?"
"No, I'm at Kings. I go there 3 times a week to go to lectures and talk with the professors and shit"

The intergalactic supernetway

Inspired by my only friend still with a blog. (Though my dad and brother have blogs now. And they're friends too. It's just ed's blog is part of the old skool)

I've commented on BBC606. This is a first. See if you can guess which comment is mine. Here's a hint. It's the one about arms dealing and oil wars. Again, I appear to be the only Liverpool fan who will be devastated if DIC buy us out.
