VIGIL
5pm, Saturday. Friends Meeting House Peace Gardens. Opposite Euston Station.
I hope this is as popular and important as the vigils in Madrid. The cynic in me would note that StWC has called the vigil in the space between Lindsey German discussing Islam and the Left, and Mark Steel explaining Einstein @ Marxism 2005, round the corner. The revolution's been postponed indefinitely. Marxism 2005 won't be postponed to commemorate 38 dead. I hope that doesn't allow popular feeling to be swamped when the government calls a vigil.
